Thank you so much for supporting Plan Dulce, a small Latina-owned business creating original, planner-friendly illustrations inspired by pan dulce, culture, and cozy planning moments. Every item is designed and packaged with care 💛

📦 Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking unless otherwise noted.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

At this time, shipping is available to:

  • 🇺🇸 United States

    (International shipping may be added in the future.)

🎀 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, including:

  • Stickers

  • Keychains

  • Planner accessories

  • Other small goods

This helps us keep prices fair and continue creating new designs for the Plan Dulce community.

❌ Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

💌 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your happiness matters to us!

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will happily review and offer a replacement or solution when applicable.

🎨 Handmade & Color Disclaimer

  • All Plan Dulce designs are original illustrations created with love.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing differences.

  • Minor variations are normal and part of the handmade process.
